How much is delivery in South Africa?

We charge a flat rate of R70 delivery fee anywhere in South Africa – door to door.

How long does delivery take?

Our couriers collect orders Monday – Friday. (Excluding Public Holidays)

Delivery times from when courier collects

Main city centres in South Africa take approximately 1 – 4 working days.
Outlying & remote areas take approximately 2 -7 working days.

*these times can differ over the festive season

How long does it take to send an order?

All orders placed before 10am will be sent on the same day.
Orders placed after 10am will be sent with our courier the next working day.

How can I get a tracking number for my order?

Once your order is processed and our courier is booked, you will automatically be sent a tracking number to the email address provided during checkout.

Should you not receive a tracking number within 2 working days after placing your order, then please contact us with your full name or order number.
