Obsidian

Obsidian is a powerfully grounding and protective volcanic glass celebrated in crystal healing as a “stone of truth”. It acts as a psychic shield against negative energy and is used to reveal hidden truths, release emotional blockages, and promote deep spiritual and shadow work.
